Welcome to Richmond House Surgery
The Partners and Staff of Teignmouth Medical Practice are pleased to announce that as from August 1st 2017 we shall be taking over the care of the patients at Richmond House Surgery with the help of some of their existing staff.
This will ensure that collaboratively we shall be able to maintain and improve the services we offer to all of our patients. All patients will have access to clinical and administrative services at both sites.
This new initiative will be known as Teignmouth Medical Group.
We thank you in anticipation of your support and understanding should you be asked to visit a different site or see a new team member.
We may monitor, record, store and use any telephone, e-mail or other communication with you in order to check any instructions given to us, for training purposes, for crime prevention and to improve the quality of our services.
Our Mission statement:
'The Doctors, nurses and staff of Richmond House Surgery are dedicated to providing high quality, safe, patient centred care to improve the health, well-being and lives of patients and their families.
We aim to provide the best Primary Care Services possible working within local and national governance, guidelines and resources.’
Richmond House Surgery actively supports clinical research studies within primary care.
The NHS Constitution states that Research is a core function of the NHS. Clinical Research is a major driver of innovation and central to NHS practice for maintaining and developing high standards of patient care.
Ultimately, clinical research means patients get access to new treatments, interventions and medicines. Investment in research means better care for patients.
Out of Hours Contacts
When the surgery is closed the NHS111 service can help you with any urgent medical needs or advice. They can be contacted by dialling 111. In a life threatening emergency situation contact the emergency services by dialling 999.
